"Palasa" is a town in Srikakulam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a municipality and the mandal headquarters of Palasa mandal. It is located near to the National Highway 5 (India) between Srikakulam and Berhampur. Along with its twin town Kasibugga
